Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for any refund request, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. Scope of Service
Refunds apply only if Career Boosters has failed to deliver the agreed services outlined in your purchased package.
A refund does not apply because:
- You did not receive interview calls.
- You did not receive a job offer.
- You changed your career goals.
- You found another job.
- You no longer require the service.
- You disagree with strategic recommendations.
- You expected results beyond the agreed scope.
2. Opportunity to Resolve
Before any refund is considered, Career Boosters must be given one reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.
This may include:
- Revising documents.
- Additional consultation.
- Correcting errors.
- Completing any missing deliverables.
3. Client Cooperation
Refund requests are not eligible where the client has:
- Failed to provide requested information.
- Provided inaccurate information.
- Delayed responses for more than 30 days.
- Failed to attend scheduled sessions.
- Failed to implement agreed recommendations.
4. Personalised Digital Services
As our services involve personalised consulting and digital work created specifically for each client, completed deliverables cannot be returned.
Once substantial work has commenced, refunds are generally not available unless Career Boosters has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope.
5. Review Period
Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
Career Boosters will investigate the matter and respond within 10 business days.
6. Sole Discretion
Eligibility for refunds shall be determined by Career Boosters after reviewing:
- The purchased package.
- Communication history.
- Work completed.
- Client cooperation.
- Compliance with these Terms.
Career Boosters reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not satisfy these conditions.
7. Maximum Liability
Where a refund is approved, the maximum refund shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Career Boosters shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or future financial losses, including loss of employment opportunities or expected earnings.
